with local pickup, which means an exciting first look at our team store for everyone who purchases.

There is a paid parking lot across from the OTR Team Store. Street parking is also available.

Pickup is located in the OTR Team Store or the main Team Store inside TQL Stadium (on match days only, with a ticket to the event.)

Only open on match days and only open to ticketed fans.

Cold wash only, inside out and hang dry.  Do not use high temperature water or apply heat.

Orders will be filled in 2-4 days. You’ll receive a notification when the order is ready for pickup.

We will accept refunds within 30 days of purchase, in person at the OTR Team Store and the main Team Store at TQL Stadium.

Returns must be in original condition, unworn, unused and with original tags, stickers, labels and receipt.  Returns accepted are purchases made exclusively through the FCCGO.com or FC Cincinnati Team Stores, not through any outside or external vendors. We cannot accept returns from MLSSTORE.com
