"Fashion is like a language; it can express how you are feeling in the moment," says DeAndre Yedlin, and this collection embodies that philosophy. Born from a first impression of Cincinnati—a city of "hard-working, industrious" character with an underlying sense of "old money and vintage luxury"—the collection bridges worlds. Inspired by soccer lifestyle and workwear, Yedlin has crafted a line that makes a statement, while using toned-down colors and premium fabrics to create something truly unique.

Inspiration

The collection is deeply rooted in Cincinnati's landscape, with Yedlin's first view from the airport highway serving as a pivotal moment of inspiration. "The number of bridges really amazed me," he recalls, "and I knew I needed to somehow add that into the design." Elements like the "Property of the Queen City" graphic, inspired by vintage packaging, reflect the city's industrial spirit while maintaining an elevated touch. Each piece tells a story—from the thermal shirt designed to be a versatile wardrobe staple to the bridge-inspired details that capture the essence of the city. Each piece features the crest and logos of DeAndre’s team, FC Cincinnati.

The Collection

"Family means everything to me," Yedlin explains, and this ethos permeates the collection. It's more than just clothing—it's a creative expression that breaks boundaries in athlete-driven fashion. "As an athlete, you feel you can't always use your platform to express yourself, so fashion serves as a great outlet," he says. With influences ranging from ASAP Rocky to his own wife, the collection embodies Yedlin's philosophy of "Creation Inspires Creativity." His vision is clear: "I envision this collection being worn in many ways—jacket on, jacket off, maybe the thermal shirt cropped for the girls, one pant leg rolled up."
